Disrespect and Feedback is not the same.

We are customer for a company, we dont like the way a product is made.. i really don't care about how hard it was for them to make the product, in fact it should have been hard and tiring, because they are trying to sell this.


This is like saying we should sit back and pay them and not highlight that their product is a defect. The respectful thing for them to do is acknowledge our complains and return a feedback.

You have clearly misunderstood me, although I thought my post was clear enough. I guess my written English is not good enough :/
Anyways, I'll try to do my best at this. I'm not talking in any way about not giving feedback; hell, they have encouraged us to do so. I'm talking about giving that feedback in a disrepectful way just because we are the customers paying their wages. Pretty simple, isn't it?
Give feedback (the more, the better), be it positive or negative, but remember you're dealing with people, not furniture of your own.
