Whats up with Low level Roulettes

Trying to level my MRD (currently 26). DR gives me nothing but Sastasha and Tam-Tara.

When I see Toto-Rak in tomorrow's DR, maybe I'll go and buy a Lotto ticket or something...

there was an interview posted over in the reinhart forum where a dev said something about low level roulette currently being set to favor the low level dungeons (satasha, copperbell, tam tara) mor often than the others in the low level bracket and that they're planning on evening things out with 2.15. I know i got tam tara 3 days in a row. We had a relic drg there that left after 5 minutes because "it was clear we wouldn't be done in a reasonable time". We were done 15 minutes later, 15 minutes before his lockout was over lol.

out of last 20 Low level roulette i did... 80% its Hali tali , 15% Sastasha and 5% copper bell.

Anyone got anything else? or am i getting this because low level ppl are queuing a lot of these?

Doing low level roulette is not much fun at all, having most of the fun and useful skills missing makes for a very boring and insipid gameplay...
You're not mandated to do low level roulette but the exp at the end is really nice and it does feel nice to help people level...
But I simply... get utterly bored of low level gameplay.

I've rarely done it lately.
I prefer doing highest level dungeon(s) to level and have fun with my skills and not do the sastasha/etc snoozefest with most of the skills on my bars disabled.

Now that you mention skills, I know the purpose of roulette is to help other players out while earning rewards for yourself but it's very counter-intuitive for players wishing to earn their class that they are levelling if half their abilities are unusable and if they don't have alot of time to spam dungeons

Hello all,

Currently in the Duty Roulette system, the lower level dungeons are being selected more often. However, for patch 2.15 we'll be looking into making system changes that will affect this. While the main focus will remain on prioritizing selection of content that is lacking players, we'd like to make it easier to do content of a wider level spread.

Meh, I don't mind that it's made me spam the first 3 because I've gotten almost the full Foestalker and Acolyte sets by doing it and I'll be using both for Vanity in 2.2.

Seriously. The only dungeons I ever get on my 41 WHM is Copperbell and Tam Tara.

I did low level roulette every day while leveling my scholar to 50. The highest dungeon I ever got was Halatali. Never have been lucky enough to get an Ifrit, though.

Got Sastasha yesterday on lancer. I was the lowest level at 25. The rest were all 40-50.

Guildhests are the same way. I get the level 10-15 guildhests every day.

This change can't come soon enough. Right now it's not roulette (ie. random), it's "walk down this hallway until you come to the first available room."
