Based on my Scholar yes they can achieve that number If they max meld Mind. Its not a lot considering a BLM with low Mind could Max mind and Physicks for 550-600. ACN has higher base mind. Cataclysm warrior OPness was due to Mastery being absurd, problem is if you don't enrage it's useless.

What I do think is that Miasma 2's Disease effect needs to be reduced down to 5 seconds or so. That way the caster has to think twice whether Miasma 2 now and get away but putting Disease on a shorter DR if you manage to manual cast Miasma. Or ponder whether they should blow Quickcast in the event they can't cast Miasma. It's like the choice of using Blizzard 2 over Freeze for BLMs or Tri-Disaster on SMNs. Not just mindlessly spamming Miasma 2 just because it is the superior way in applying Disease.
