When it comes to skill I can kill 4 players in 10s by myself on my Summoner and within 3s on my Black Mage so all of you claiming that you are worth a damn at pvp are. Most of the people on this post got there gear by playing against lvl 40 teams and are garbage anyway since they are only worth a damn because of their gear otherwise they would be garbage

You do realize that by now you're only making yourself look bad to the ENTIRE pvp community, and everytime you post its in contradiction to another post you put up recently. Maybe you should re read everything you have said thus far. Because honestly its just like wow just wow.

If gear didn't mattered you'd want people to cast spell with zero spell speed, butt naked and for good measures with 2% crit rate? Ok even say you allow PvE gear in, there will still be people who complaint about not having "Better" PvE gear due to not running raids or bad RnG. In the end of the day, there needs to be something for PvP just as much as people cry that Allagan Weapon users have an unfair advantage up till ilvl 90 PvP gear.

Yeah man, totally. One post she's saying she can only deal 6k damage in a fight, then another she can only crit for under 1k, then it's suddenly 2400 and the entire enemy team. A full team of players has at least 15k health if they aren't naked. So which is it? Your posts are beginning to confuse me. I believe you are trying to convince us all that the coming changes to SMN damage are unwarranted, but you keep arguing for, and then against your own case. I don't think we're the ones that need convincing though.

PvP exchange rate reduction

So do those of us who bought gear before Yoshida realized what a crap shoot this is get the difference refunded, or are we just screwed out of those for good?

Hulk Smash you have proved my point with your comment " Any summoner worth a damn would be full ilvl pvp gear by now." Why should Square even bother balancing classes since PVP is all gear based. Balancing PvP around hardcore players will not balance anything because the casual players will still have there pve gear on facing hardcore ilvl 90 pvp gear ranked 30 players. For the players that want balance Square should make equalized pvp where morale and gear doesn't matter.

I just want to put out Yoi Chi from excalibur who I sometimes que with uses mostly pve gear and still globals people in FULL ilvl 70 pvp gear. So someone who has 0 morale against people who have 200 morale and still globals them. How does pvp gear carry summoners? also he does more then 4k damage. he usually averages 7-10k in 1 minute matches with me. So i dont understand what this man is saying...I need someone to explain to me the logic behind this

I just need to add one comment. I have played with, and against several rank 30, I lvl90 pvp players. (I'm rank 22, almost 23, with full ilvl 70 pvp gear. I only qued lvl 50.) Yes, they do crazy damage, but they *can* be shut down by a group with lower avg item lvl. But, in order to do that, it takes planning, skill, and knowledge of your abilities, as well as theirs. The only tried and true way to do that, is to have exp with the pvp system. It won't happen from a team of noobs, or a group who spent all their time qued up on lvl 30/40. So, as I have said before, if morale is the problem, que lvl 30/40. There, you will probably have the best gear. Even then, I wouldn't be surprised if some still complained.

The only way you're going to win against Rank 30s is that you have a flawless BLM. Damage wise and survivability they are going to roll you over. Double Summoners in iLvl70 cannot burst down a iLvl 90 PvP Healer. And iLvl 90 BLM/SMN can punch a hole so hard your healers won't have time to respond.
