I do have to agree with the poster who was underwhelmed with the final "reward" though.

Really? A meal? And not even a unique one, one that you can walk 20-25 paces and buy 99 of from an NPC.


That was a pretty huge letdown.

I didn't expect a weapon that would be on par with end-game contenct... but, maybe a mount or minion?

The dragon helms are actually nice... for vanity slots <.<

Other than that, while I find the horse race part amusing, other areas fall flat. I don't see the point of having THREE differently colored helmets. At least once the vanity slots are out, those lucky bastards can wear Dragon Kabuto and Wyrm Mail and smirk smugly

Have I told you people that the horse kabuto doesn't look that good? I actually was hoping for some kind of joke horse head (as in, a plastic mask, not a helmet, like the snowman head)

I for one thoroughly enjoyed the event. The dialog and silly puns made me laugh more then once. I would have loved to see more to the event sure, but what we got was fun for what it was--a comedy.

I look at it like I look at the Hildebrand quests, they're over the top and silly by design.

Except Hildibrand was less offensive to me in terms of the NPC dialogue.

Also because Nashu is a treasure.
