I know this topic comes up often on the forums.

You knew all about the loot system, that if you don't pass, it can fall to you, and you know that people have had issues since it released, but you still chose not to roll or pass, and now you are mad you got that loot. This is simply you not paying attention, and now coming to the forums to cry about it, and how are you saying you aren't being provided with a proper service, you are paying to play a game, this loot system is a part of the game, so you are paying for this very loot system, you are getting exactly what you are paying for.
