    The more I think about it the more I'm chalking he stoneskin one own to some kinda positional delay on my end as my FC mate was moving away from me at the time (still weird that the animations went off as normal though) But the Protect one the buff was literally not being applied as the tank made quite clear in chat with "EHH BUFFS" and "HEALER BUFFS?" xD
