He could do that except for the first 2 mobs, he was simply not focused at the begining, and who is !!! And if you dont like how someone plays then leave its no reason not to kick him and nobody is purfeckt, how would you know if on the pc sits girl, a kid and etc. not all players are hardcore once !

The kick system was implemented to deal with afks and people intentionally trying to ruin runs. Contrary to popular belief, being new or mildly undergeared or even being bad is not trolling. If you don't like it, then you are welcome to leave and find a new party, but kicking someone for any of those reasons is abusing the system and subject to suspension/ban.

People are abusing this in reverse too you know. Asking or goading people to boot them so they can find another grp without penalty.

Well if the tank has a iLv55 weapon, it's hard to hold aggro against a BLM wielding Relic+1 unleashing hell the second he sees the tank run in. So it really depends. Even then, that is not a legitimate reason for vote kick.

There's no perfect system and there never will be people are going to abuse it... And to answer the original question which has been avoided this whole time... You can report in game... Its right by the cheating section and it will be reviewed and actions taken as needed...

Like previously stated you shouldn't include their names in your post or it will be you that will be reported and banned. Ironically enough

If they get the votes, than people have made that choice. Better to allow some abuses than to penalize people who are just playing at their own level, and not good enough in the opinion of certain others.

I don't know about you but if the tank im healing can't hold agro worth a damn he is RUINING my run.
