It only has to be a majority vote. So if the two of them voted him out, it doesn't matter what the third person voted.

Nope. I've even said 'no' to vote kicks for someone I felt didn't deserve it. Didn't matter, he was still kicked. They do this so trolls won't que with a friend and always have him vote 'no' when the rest of the party try to boot him. Yes, it asks people in your own semi-pre mades if you want to kick someone if the vote is initiated.

It's not, it is a simple majority.

Vote kicking urgently needs to be disabled when DF was entered by a party. It is a clearr design bug and would be worth a hotfix.
