There should be a way to separate noobs and experienced players. Don\\'t know exactly how but there should be some kind of system for it. Do other MMO:s offer this?

Not many of the veterans cares about new/noob players in dungeons/group based content.
It's called party finder. You can make your own parties or search for ones that say 'newbies welcome' etc. This system is already in place.
