Agreed, its no different than any other service. Buying Crafted items is just being "carried" by a crafter. Buying a a map is just being "carried" by a gatherer.

Like I said: selling carries is fine, but when you join parties to purposely make sure the party fails in order to sell your carries, then you're in the wrong.

I agree. Just that there are people on this thread who seem to think having spent the time to level their Combat classes they shouldn't be able to use it at all to obtain money. a 200k run is MUCH less obscene than the million Gil crafted items that were showing up early on if we want to comment on RMT bait.

It's very hard to regulate things like that. However there are ways. Keep in mind though, even if the guy does get suspended or banned from the game, they can't inform you of this. It goes against the terms of service which states they will NEVER give information about an account to anyone but the account holder. The only exception of course is if the authorities send them a subpena.

Honestly, selling runs promotes selling gil. How is a normal player who cant beat content going to raise the money. MY question is if they do buy a house with money they get from sold runs that came from gilsellers, do they end up loosing their house? Cause technically the rules do not say the buyer has to be the one buying, just any gil used being bought illegally.
