Design by community is quite literally the worst way to do anything.
Not really. They are making the options themselves, we are picking something in a controlled environment. I would say I'm for it so long it is not about Job balances or end game balances, just features and future additions.
Ah, yes. For feature input that would be a good way for instant feedback.
Thought about those too a couple of days ago, would be nice to have them again in the future.
For example: To find out what people think about FATEs included in seasonal events and even quests?
You really won't see this unless the game is doing below their success window ( which is 250-300k subs) If it falls under that, they "may" hold 1 or 2. Considering Majority of the people are enjoying the game for the most part. I say you won't see it.
But how will we know a majority are enjoying it without a community poll? HOW WILL WE KNOW???
The company pay a famous website to tell it, you believe on it. It's called propaganda , PR, marketing
Vote pools nowadays are useless crap, everyone can troll the answer, even who don't play this game at all. A vote where voters ' names are listed (character's name, active account, the same we use here to post on this forum) is quite different.
You can kinda belive on that result. As much it can be just a trolled result.
An example? Did you ask this idiocity of allagan weapons being 95? Yes? Where? How many of us was happy of it?
I give you a hint: JP community ask it, to make Coil easier on next reset. No it's not for e-peen like most still belive
As you see yes, someone from JP community is providing a feedback and game change based on it. Except you didn't vote for it at all .
As much some nice particular ideas from this community (if compatible with the JP community ) may be implemented![]()
