CT auto assign loot when disconnected/crashed

I got stuck with a pair of crappy bard pants almost the same way last night. (Basically, my mistake was not bailing on the instance within 10 seconds of killing Acheron.)

This is more of a problem with impatient players leaving before people can properly deal with the drop than with the system.

Getting forced to accept a drop when you got 90k'd is unfortunate, and SE should definitely fix it somehow (possibly by considering all logged-out players in an instance as having passed on any available loot).
