Why wouldnt the ct hands be bis. they are the only hands with crit. and crit is vital to high dps, unlike acc where once your dots are set acc does nothing to help them.
to look like this http://xivdb.com/?wardrobe/6695/bis

The accuracy from the SMN gloves is the difference in garuda hitting 100% of the time, which is worth more than the int loss and crit gain.
i dont understand a thing,i see that much important skill is critical rate (when maxed accuracy) why determination isnt considered? im just asking why crit is better than determination,i dont say that isnt correct but i want to understand why hehehe

All of our individual hits are fairly low, so it's better to maximize our spike damage than going for stability.

The short answer is that Crit isn't that much better than Det unless your class uses Crits for some special mechanic (See Scholars' Adloquium), people just like to see Huge Red Numbers a tiny bit more often instead of very-slightly-bigger red numbers all the time. With Det you are guaranteed extra damage, but with Crit it's a gamble - sometimes you'll end up with a burst of heavy spike damage, other times you won't (this is especially volatile with abilities that deal high damage but have long cooldowns).
Det scales slightly worse than Crit, meaning that point-for-point it starts off better than Crit and gets gradually worse as you ramp up in terms of stats.
The weightings I'm working off for endgame casters in general are: Int: 1.00, Det: 0.14, Crit: 0.16, SSpd: 0.20.
The traditional thinking for SMN is that since they get most of their damage via DoTs, SSpd becomes mostly irrelevant for them and they should stack Crit and/or Det. The changes to pet stat inheritance actually means that pets get a tiny bit of a bonus from Skillspeed now, but since your pet only contributes roughly a third or less of your damage output it'll still be worth much less than Crit/Det. So basically, get Acc-Capped (~435 for You, ~445 for Pets) and then go for INT > CRIT > DET > SSpd. And PIE if you've nothing else worth taking.
It's also worth noting that SSpd works by making you cast faster - meaning that you gain higher damage output at the expense of guzzling MP or TP faster. This is less of an issue for SMN and BLM than it is for, say, a WHM (this is why WHMs who stack SSpd have MP issues, the tradeoff is that the shortened cast time means that they can land their first cure slightly faster after someone takes damage).
