You brought us FF13 heroine so there is no reason not to bring this iconic villain to FF14 as the hardest Extreme Trail in 2.2 .

I'm a big fan of Sephiroth, I think he is the second best Villain in FF history and for sure top 5 in RPG games history. I have faith in the story writers to find a way to bring him to FF XIV. He should be hard, unforgiven, powerful and even when we win against him it should not look like defeat but just him exiting the scene for whatever reason. Honestly, I would not even mind if he was Turn 10 Coil last boss in 2.2.

P.S. don't forget to add epic CGI just for him kicking everyone behind like a boss ^^.

If they are going to add characters as boss fights, the game needs to at least be good first. 7 is among my most hated FF games ;P (along with X- and XIII- series)

I would rather see the "classic" Fighter or Black Mage or even White Mage or Monk added as boss fights rather that some overhyped game I couldn't even stand to finish ;P

No. This is Final Fantasy XIV, not Final Fantasy Online. As fun as things like CT and Gold Saucer is/will be, the cameos seriously need to not go over board imo. Having places from other games is fine, but having characters? No ty. Lightning being here made sense, but was still something no one asked for. Firstly, I don't understand the obsession with Sephiroth. He's not an amazing villain by any stretch of the imagination.

Second, the Lightning crossover was pushing it enough.
I'm all for dungeons like the Crystal Tower, but full-blown character battles? No thanks

Final Fantasy X/VIII are my 2 favourite games, and I think it'd be absolutely amazing to have a huge boss fight with Ultimecia/Sin. Hell, I'd love to fight a 2 stage Jecht/Final Aeon.

But, just because I think it'd be great, that's the absolute last thing I would want to see in Final Fantasy XIV.
I want FF XIV to be its own game, not some huge nostalgia trip.

If I want to fight Sephiroth, I'll just play Dissidia. He's a pushover on maximum, anyway.

Give us more primal battles. Those are the kind of things I will play FF XIV for.
I want to fight huge monsters that can kick my ass if I'm not paying attention.
