PvP Skill Carry Over Between GCs?

Just got someone to test it out. The point is rather moot, there is no incentive to level another Rank 30 on another GC, you can't swap between GC cause there is a fee and 30 days IRL timer. So tell me SE What is the point of this silly system? Just for a few more achievements?

in the future, each gc will have different pvp skills for all the classes. for example, a pld will have super stab that does 250 potency in grid gc, or super shield bash that ignores diminishing returns on normal shield bash in uldah gc. those are skills i made up for the example btw. yoshi-p said it, don't remember the source, too lazy to look for it.

This sounds so dumb. If I have to start back at level one "in the future" because I leveled up the wrong GC for my class...I'll be pissed.

They better just make skills GC specific but let your rank and action points carry over if they're are indeed going to do something like this.

Why wouldn't they just let you level GCs and retain skills you've bought? Kinda like leveling a subclass for one reason or another.

If this is not the case I picked the wrong GC, I'll just stop pvping. Pvp already has enough problems as it is.
