    The smarter design choice would've been to have no autokick whatsoever and have no limits to how often players can boot from their parties, because then the players decide when they should or shouldn't drop a member, but apparently SE thinks "enforced" niceness that just inconveniences everyone is the solution.

    (and the funny thing is that their "enforced" niceness just makes it easier for people to grief, because someone looking to troll can just shop around until they find a group that's wasted their kick)

    While you are right there should be no autokick, Having no limit on the amount of times a party can Vote Kick is just asking for people to get trolled.

    But something needs to be changed. Cause now I've been in Queue for 50:03sec

    This would be horribly abused. There is a very good reason you can't vote kick repeatedly.

    I do agree with the OP though. The timer seems a bit short.
