They are already making adjustments to prices already,by mid Jan. it will go from 625 mil to 125 mil that's a big decrease which we aren't far away from.

What point exactly is that? That they notice that the prices they set is WAY over the top and are adjusting them pretty quickly? At this point what makes you think Personal housing will be this "overly" priced again? I think by the time personal housing comes they will already have a better understanding on how to price housing.
