Does dungeon penalty work for premade groups too?

We had a FC member today fall in with a really bad random group who couldn't get past the 1st boss in sastasha 50 minutes in.

We decided to form a premade to help him. If he left that group and got the 30 minute penalty, would that prevent him from entering with our premade group, or just finding a group for entering a dungeon.

I can second this. I've gone into things with a full premade group even when the duty finder lockout was active for me.

Also, you don't get any duty finder lock if you drop from a full premade party.

Note that the premade party must be full, otherwise all normal duty finder rules apply. Crystal Tower may work differently (haven't tested), since you can't enter with a full set of 24 people.
