Ok, since a lot of people are making a big deal about him not completed all the content and saying the game is dull.
As someone who's beaten Twintania 9 weeks in a row, and already have farmed the Extremes, this game is dull.

I think the answer is easy...unsub... I mean tat will solve you problem.. let everyone else enjoy their game haha
No one is preventing you from enjoying your game by expressing their opinions. It's not just that some of us feel the game is dull.. it's that we'd like to see a bit more here that keeps our interest, rather than just abandoning it all together. Opinions and even posts like this give feedback to the developers that not everyone is on the same page about the state of the game, and perhaps they can take some of that constructively going into the future and make something even better.
I don't really complain about the fact that the game is dull to be quite honest, but if asked, or if the topic comes up, I'll definitely express my opinion. But I do stick around, because I believe the game has a potential future worth waiting for, if changes are put into place that are the catalyst for that future.
I don't mind waiting to see what happens. I may not sub every month, but I'll always be watching. And everyone is always entitled to his or her opinion.
No leeching, No PL'ing, just 100% playing the game.
You don't have to complete all the content to think the game is dull, it simple is a matter of preference. From what the OP is suggesting by stating he is bored with the game, that leaves me inclined to believe that this game isn't for him at least not for now. I can find myself bored at times, even though I haven't done all the content, although its probably a sign i have been playing too much. I give myself a few days then come back to it. With the holidays it seems boring for me because a lot of the people I play with on here haven't been around as often so I have also not logged in as often.
Now instead of just stating that the game is dull give us examples on how to make it more interesting for you.
I think if they release Notorious Monsters for Vanity gear only it will greatly reduce my boredom. One thing I loved about FFXI was NM hunting, albeit it was a major time sync for most and a lot of people thought it was boring it was one of the best parts of the game for me.
Have crafters also make vanity gear things that look pretty or epicly awesome. Give us vanity slots.
You can have custom Emotes that go along with those Vanity gears from NM these are things that will provide alternative time syncs and quality of life to the game.
As it is right now it seems I am running around with no real purpose. I tend to farm a lot and try to make money because I am not to interested in doing End Game content without my static group. So I am working towards helping the FC get a house. I really would like other things to do while I am farming such as Notorious Monsters.

They are, however, making it very difficult for me to visit these forums, or tolerate randoms in game.No one is preventing you from enjoying your game by expressing their opinions.
There comes a point in time when the question has to be asked : So why are you still here?
"Because this game has potential." Seems like an awfully slim excuse to sit around and ruin other people's time complaining, though I shouldn't impress your explanation on other's complaints.
Me? I'm a kid in a playground. I've too much to do as it is and the people who are calling these things dull make me wonder just what they look for out in this genre.
Donot understand these posts. Closest I can come is you ARE SEEKING something that
cannot be found in a game.
Go outside irl and spend 6hrs a day or 3hrs a day working for the closest charity or elderly volunteer.
Than most likely you will truly find what things are genuinely missing.
It's funny because some people said the same thing 3 years ago. " This game has Potential" when asked " Why are you still here?"There comes a point in time when the question has to be asked : So why are you still here?

After 3 years, personally, I am going to think you are a person trying to troll ( but you really like/love the game).
Giving suggestion is one thing, but putting out " I quit threads" or any type of thread "like this one" that doesn't give anything productive for SE to even consider is really stupid.

White knights don't ruin my disenjoyment in certain aspects of the game.
No idea how opinions can ruin others enjoyment of a game. If you don't like it, then don't click.
Well the intention of the thread was plainly set out in the title. You could have just... not clicked on it. This is usually the case with just about every complaint-style thread.
You think something having potential is a slim reason not to give up on something? I find that attitude extraordinarily baffling. In the world I live in, potential can be the meaning of and the reason for just about everything. Potential is the untold story and, often enough, it is well worth waiting for.
Have you ever looked up the dictionary definition of 'forum'? "A place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged." Perhaps the real problem is that people feel these online forums are strictly for people who agree with one another, rather than places of legitimate discussion. A place to pat each other on the back, rather than have any real conversations at-length.
No one is forcing you to read complaint threads, and for all the world of "why don't you just leave" or "why are you still here", people behind those phrases refuse to take their own advice: As soon as you get into the thread and notice you don't care for it... why don't you just leave?
My guess is exactly the reason we're all here: To discuss.
Therefor, you've basically debunked your own logic. *shrugs*
Then, if you have "too much to do" and are a "kid in a playground", I guess only one quote remains...
"So why are you still here (in this thread, or on these forums)?"![]()
No leeching, No PL'ing, just 100% playing the game.
