Having the same issue with Verizon Fios Maryland, USA here.
Sitting in town watching everyone rubber band as they run around in town.
When I go into duty to do the primals, I'm getting 1-5 seconds of freezing and lag. Getting hit by all the mechanics even when I move out the way. This has been going since 12/23.
I'm having the same issues as above on Verizon FiOS out of Falls Church in northern Virginia; lag spikes with catch-up for 3-5 seconds every 25 seconds or so, and have experienced this for the last week or so having previously no lag issues.

Yep, I'm in Fairfax VA with FiOS and the game is literally unplayable in the past couple of days. Exactly the same as you describe, the unbearable lag.

My lag is crazy too. I am on Time Warner out of Los Angeles and Since latest patch my rubberband lag has almost made this unplayable. Started noticing the lag a bit in Coil after the patch on the 17th, now it is really bad since the patch on the 24th. What is going on Square Enix. Pings are in the 2000 range, that is crazy!!

Northern VA Verizon FiOS customer, same issues as the above. Rubberbanding every 15-20 seconds. Making any Titan EX attempts a complete waste of time.

Im from the fairfax va area, and it sucks right now. ever since the patch is kinda unplayable. I have problems with rubberbanding, server eatting up my cooldowns, cast bar going back and forward in progress, and debuffs going from 7 secs to 8 secs then back to 7. Just feels like the game is no longer synced with the server at all. Also this happend back in sept but it was magically fixed for a while till 2.1.
