I seriously hate the loot system for Crystal Tower.

Guys, what about just playing the game or gtfo and play something else, RL would be a solution aswell, see if your behaving gets you any progress out there.

armoury system. what was it for again? they gave us the ability to be everything in the game. and then they limit u in terms of gearing them. so yes, it wasnt well thought out on their end.

2 weeks to get the gear. a few more weeks to get the accessories and weapons from primals, and many months to get gear from coil. id say its not all that bad.

I'm okay with the lockout system. They have 50 tomes for myth I can gain from every run I do through that and 70+ Myth Tomes from DR. So, I'm okay.

Did two run through the Labyrinth of the Ancients yesterday. First run as whm every item dropped to the floor. Second run as a mnk every item went to the floor except the crimson hat that i greed rolled. Now I want even consider running it again till next week but Im gonna roll greed/need on any body or leg gear that drops for one of my level 50 classes. Dont really care what it is just going to take what ever loot i see and be done with it till the next week.

theres not enough content in the game and putting limits make it even less content. on monday i can finish with CT and wait till next week. people get there loot then they leave.

we have broken PVP content, lame week timers that let you do content 4 times a month, weak myth tomestone limits that require about 6 weeks to get one set of gear.


FFXI never streched out anything that long even in the old days, and people call that game archaic.

Rather complain because I've exhausted all the content as opposed to complain that I can't play what I pay for.

I sort of like it.

People can't be greedy and roll on everything. Which dramatically increases the chance of getting what you want. Because unless another person absolutely has to have it, they won't roll on it.

To be honest I like the way the loot system works.

You can do coil in DL. You don't *need* ilevel80 gear. Yeah it's nice to have to fill in some blanks or gear alts but I really wouldn't be annoyed that I couldn't roll on that i80 piece because I already got a piece that week.

Maybe it's because I spent so long being unlucky with coil drops that I like the fact I can rerun the dungeon and anything I get is a bonus?

lol, well said... especially the last sentence, I haven't been able to get the drops I want in coil, so CT does serve as a nice consolation prize since you can run it all week until you get that i80 you want/need ...and the gear doesn't look half bad either
