    Have you actually sold a couch for that much or have you just put it up for sale at 4 mil? Because there's a big difference between the two.

    Something is only worth what someone is actually willing to pay for it.

    If you want it to sell you should put it up for a reasonable price. Don't just look at what other people put theirs up for. If no one is buying that means that either there's no market for it or the price s outrageously high.
