    It's rampant on all servers. I'm seeing astral rings for 75-80k peacock ore 5k....it's only going to get worse.

    This is not caused by the housing effect, which is the concern of OP/this thread.
    2 stars items' pricing is dropping because the change of recipe; tomestone material drops because it's easy to obtain in 2.1.
