Option to see numbers instead of the clockswipe on Hotbar for Cooldowns

This is a good idea, i'm often trying to use skills like raging strikes while they are still on cooldown, thinking that they are ready.

To keep everyone happy i would say give us the option of what we want to see.

1) clockswipe only
2) numbers only
3) clockswipe and numbers
4) checkboxes for "All skills", "GCD skills" and "Off GCD skills
