Steps:
First one: Stay out of battle, have your pet heal you. (By equipping low hp equipments first then Gear change to high hp equipments). You will notice that the pet is healing the same speed as patch 2.0.

Second one: Stay in battle, have your pet heal you.
The pet will have a very huge delay before healing.

The third segment from the video is to show side by side the comparison of pet's cast speed for both in and out of battle.

your problem here is that she got interupted all the time or even being stunned. since the patch pets getting interupted through physical damage is pretty common...
