Because she spends most of half her rotation completely invulnerable to damage, and the dps time depends on how fast you can burn some very tanky adds.Garuda hard mode has 300k HP.
Titan hard mode has 500k HP.
Why are you complaining about the HP of Garuda EM when she has identical HP to the hard mode and even less than the "hardest" hard mode? It takes arounds 2 rotations of plumes/sisters to kill her with a group, that isn't a long time at all.
I've had fights where dps were unable to hit her at all during the sisters.
1- It is boring due to her health.Garuda hard mode has 300k HP.
Titan hard mode has 500k HP.

2- You really think a full ilvl65-70 group going to have a good time with her? It is not challenging it is out right awfully long.
She is not a Coil level Boss nor is she Twintanaia for the fight to take so long. Once more we are not talking about your full ilvl90 group, we are talking about PUGs and DF groups. The ilvl requirement does not make sense nor does the fight length.
Edit: Why are you comparing HM to EM? The fights are different!
Edit 2: Lowering her health does not make her easier, just make her enjoyable.

Minimum... surviving is another issue. Lol. But I agree though. And there is the elitist issue too. Oh crap another noob with ILv 75. Oh we gonna wipe good. The minimum requirements are waaaay too low for the tuning of these fights. Especially with Titan Extreme I don't see how a team of people close to the min item level could dps the heart in time unless they were expected to sit around raising LB or something. Even then I don't see them beating both adds before Titan got the determination buff.
Fun fights definitely. They're very much appreciated. I just think the minimum requirements for the fights would be players being extremely optimistic at best.
You can't see the ilvl of other people can you?
Edit: Sorry forgot there are "special" players whom would actually pick up a calculator and calculate the avg ilvl of a DF player.
She isn't a coil level boss, yet she drops coil level gear and offers a weapon equivalent to Coil level? How odd. Coil is also doable in i65-70 (1-4 at least), so your point is moot.1- It is boring due to her health.

Oh you'd be surprised. I've seen when once I enter garuda, some players will be facing the one with lowest HP. And comments ensue soon after.
I bet they are so good that once looking they immediately know the average ilv. Lol.
But oh well. Df is df.
soz I did not know a fight in T1-T4 takes 10 minutes+.
Twintania is absolutely the best boss in the game IMHO and right after her is Titan Ex, mechanics are not repeating mindlessly for awfully long time, unlike Garuda EX, same 2 mechanics repeating over and over again until you want to stab yourself in the eye.
Just do me a favour, DF her, come back here and tell us about the wonderful enjoyable challenging fight you had.

We were killing her after 2nd adds were dead today I don't feel her HP is to high. The gear scores on these fights are a tad low I think tho
Garuda's always been a boring drag, almost an endurance fight to see how long the party can keep doing it until she dies.
Its just people eventually outgeared her in HM.
