    Miasma 2 is also not worth it using against single target; one Ruin does more damage. Could maybe used with Contagion. Maybe. I don't know that much about Summoners.

    It's a slight dps increase with contagion up. NOt enough to kill yourself to get to melee for it if you're not already in melee range though.
