scholar pet and gcd

Pets were acceptable healers pre-patch in auto stance, now.. not so much. We are pretty much forced to run macros to combine healing now. Thats fine with me i guess, i just didnt have a problem before.

Now to the issue .
Embrace has its own cd of 2,96 .
We who have less GCD , say 2.5 sec is causing problems having embrace and physick/adlo macros.
If i need to spam heal, the embrace Will Only trigger every second heal i cast.
If i wait in between casts i get a better total healing output but its quite annoying to have us making phantom gcd when we have so much Else to think of.

Could we maybe have a fix for this? Tying pet embrace CD to our own GCD time, so those who may have a few spell speed bonuses / buffs dont have to spam away or have unreliable healing output.?

Doesn't seem like a huge Deal to me, if you really want Embrace to be cast when you Adlo maybe something like....

Personally I just have embrace macro'd with mouseover, t and tt options seperately.

Thanks for your input but that second macro doesent really do anything, even if i were to increase the wait time, i would still cancel the first macro when i go straight from adlo to physick macro.

Edit - after a second thought, it may work, ill have a look after work

Edit 2 - nope , once my adlo is cast , i id break the old macro. I could have wait 1 in the 2nd macro. But in the End i would still have issues depending on which spell i start off with

Yeah it doesn't make a difference in a spam healing type scenario.
Partially why I do have embrace on a different key with its own macro, also allows me to heal one target and have the fairy heal another. I much prefer this than to locking all my healing to the one targ

You do realize that your 2nd embrace will interrupt the first?^^

At least it's like that with my Eos/Selene. Most likely because the cast duration is @ 1.95sec (2sec w/o spell speed?). In other words Eos / Selene will start the 2nd embrace when the first is @ 1 of 2 sec cast time
