Seriously. I guess they're roleplaying as underpaid Chinese sweatshop workers, with that kind of scenario. Patience is apparently not a virtue, for some.

What city and ward did they get the house?

As a new 2.0 player who got forced to create my character on legacy servers, the prices are just beyond silly
Sargatanas has none bought, and I cant see a big rush of sales coming any time soon, so imo only an idiot would be the first person to buy, why waste your money? World first? On a house? Lets save the world firsts for people doing exceptional things.. not blowing a buttload of money out their arse..

There is currently one small house in the Mist on Leviathan.

I don't know..our guild is well on its way to large plot....I don't find it too pricey honestly, just wait 90 days and its half as much...

Thanks guys! Looks like we have 2 now!
People aren't not buying housing because they don't have the money to do so. They're not buying them because they're smart and waiting for the prices to drop (which is why they have money to begin with).

1. The house doesn't get you anything, but costs too much
2. The house belongs to the FC, not you- so why act like a Chinese farmer, when you can save that for a personal house
3. Not many features implemented
So, in short- there's really no reason to get one... except to have a useless shell that you got ripped off for... so you can brag about it? (although I would feel like a moron admitting to buying one- feels like a scam).
As far as that guild that forced members to do those ridiculous things to get a house- I just feel embarrassed for them. What a nightmare.
