to add to your choice make the buff pretty much same idea as potions bigger badder bath tub bigger badder buff that way it makes a market for your "end game" materials and everyone isnt just using a shanty for the same buff

There's a fair-bit I'd like for 'outside-the-house' stuff as well like pools, ponds, sheds, watch-towers, etc... But the current neighborhoods aren't conducive to those... Wish we could have larger, more remote properties. :-(
