Legacy house prices are too high nobody is buying them

If your on legacy sure.... if your not on legacy can go happily buy them. Several plots on the lowest servers have been bought up, some even Large permits.

Again, just punishes legacy players.

that resume my feeling, everytime something come out (world transfert, housing) we get bashed by restriction that begin to be really really annoying...

if they are bothered by the money, why instead of reduce to 10% they haven't reduce the gils to a maximum like allow people to keep something like 5 million max?
why being a legacy only bring us trouble more than fun... it's tiring... we can't transfert like we want, we must pay more than the new player... seriously say it, if the legacy player are not welcome on the game?

like i have said before it's a simple Discrimation between legacy and new player...worst this situation affect too new player or people from the v1 that was poor...

sorry if i look rude but admit it, it's not normal to make different price for the same feature, like some have said, no one will buy with this price... they will simply wait the 3 month and get the housing with the lower cost... they will not get any gil from this and it's pointless.

if yoshida hadn't said they will put the price lower over the time... maybe and i say maybe... people will have buy house...

Can the player on legacy server have acces to the same game than the new player server? or it's is impossible?

I dont know where Malboro is ranked in terms of "richness" but only one FC *as of yesterday* has bought a small piece of land and has a house. Was kind of sad seeing 6(I think) districts per zone and 30ish plots per district only one small house....

I figure the bigger FCs are saving for large though

Why buying a small house for 20m now if it would only cost 8m in 3 months?

So then what's the point of the prices even starting this high? Why not just wait and release housing in 2.2?
