Legacy house prices are too high nobody is buying them

Npc prices wouldn't matter much. It's the players I mostly buy from, and they are the ones keepings the prices the same as 1.0 if not higher.

The prices from the npc is only going to go down after a few months.

So it would be ok for you if a small house cost 200m instead of 20m? ^^
