    Losing actions is a non-issue, any FC that's been active should have an over abundance of credits, mine, for example, has 2.2 million; that's enough for a lvl 2 buff every day for over a year.

    We've accumulated that much in a 3 month period? Make the large plot 6mil credits, we'd have to bust out asses in DF and events, but it's fair, begging my FC members for their gil is not.

    Unless it's a very expensive FC action. And it does exactly that, if you have inactive fc, they shouldn't deserve any price reductions on housing.

    Making it completely on credits is bad as well, as then it would all go to the oldest FC, instead of the most active FC.

    That's why a "coupon" is probably the better action. A little reduction to make it less painful.

    They just need to adjust the pricing of small houses in the legacy servers and keep the medium and large house as a gil sink to remove the 1.0 currency.

    Phoenix got its first house yesterday and it was Medium size. My FC could buy a small plot at any time but we're saving for a medium one, and we're not exactly one of the biggest FC's on the server.

    Regardless, if SE sees that no one is buying houses the prices will be slashed.
