After watching this video, I am thinking about settling with M. Honestly the size isnt that big of a difference from screenshots I seen of M. L seems to have 40% or so more Middle and Bottom Floor but top floor is only 20% size of Ms top floor sense you only have the sides. Which seem to equal about the overall same actual floor space.

The L main hall floor alone has roughly the size of the 3 M size floors combined (visited a M house yesterday)

Thanks for insight. It is hard to really tell without seeing a video of a M sized house. (I definitely love to see a video of a M house in the future, especially for worlds with no big FC buying houses.)
