I disagree, if your software is causing computer strain, thus causing shorter lifespans on hardware, I believe this should be on the front page full time. I doubt you're gonna replace any burnt out hardware over this, correct? Well, I think it's our right to promote this topic as frequently as possible until the problem is addressed.

I agree. This topic should continue until we are provided with at least an ETA or some details as per what is done to fix this issue. This is a very important topic and should not take too much effort from the dev team to provide us with some information regarding the subject matter and by that i don't mean "we will look into it someday"
