if the reasoning for such high prices are so that the rich players can't just buy all the plots. Why not do what ever other game that had a play system did, limit each player to buying only one house (once personal housing is released). If you can key an account so it can only hold 1 phoenix pinion, then surely this is easy enough to do. Market prices are already insane due to people charging way too much for simple items, if a player were able to buy several houses, to be able to resell them, the prices would be astronomical. A FC leader could have one personal house and one FC house. You could limit people buying FC houses as personal houses by limiting it to people with so many active accounts within the fc as well as the FC level. (50 active accounts vs 50 active characters, which would be 50 active people instead of 7 active people with 8 characters each.)

After visiting a small house on our server last night, its even worse than I thought. It actually feels smaller than a mog house from XI, about the same interior width but not as deep. Also, sure you can have 40 items inside, maybe 40 lamps. Any big items will take up so much space that 40 is really the high end.

It should have never been considered an FC house, its a personal size house at best.

I agree completely. With just a ground floor, it's much too small compared to even the medium house. (It would be quite nice for 2 as a shared personal house, or maybe an FC of up to 10 people if a crafting basement could be added later.)

I'm expecting them to lower prices, honestly, it's irrational for hosues to cost 5 to 10 times the base price. Doesn't matter if in legacy worlds there's still SOME (not that much) more gil circulating around, the income capability is the same. So it does not justify the multiplied costs. 3 months saving in a legacy world is the same than 3 months saving in a regular world, considering ppl are holding onto their monies because they ALL want to get a house, saving at the same rate to reach prices 5-10 times higher is ridiculous.

I don't wanna say anything, but I wonder what kind of substance was going around when they made these decisions. They should re-address this, because last reply was just... well not helpful.

So I'm to believe that having a whopping 4, count 'em FOUR RMTs deleted from my list of 142? Over half have been there since the first week of the game! And each and everyone has been reported using SE's preferred method of reporting RMT.

What you expect me to say they are doing bad, at least they are doing better then most games and have you even looked at the number of accounts they ban in a week, dont think you do just cause you got a tag saying ur all bent cause ur reports are not deleted off the blacklist.
