I agree with most of what you're saying, but nothing smn casts is subject to diminishing returns except for the bind on tri disaster / blizzard II and the blind effect of ruin II.

weight CC on miasma is subject to DR also, once you used it on the target you were runinng away from more than 3 times.. they catch up and you have to wait for DR to reset.

stun on ifrit and titan are also subject to DR.

but W/E, this post will be replaced tomorrow to OMG MNK IS OP NERF PVP !.. since now ppl will know how to kill smn lol

All of your CC suffers from DR, but they're not shared DR (i.e. stun is separate from heavy, heavy is separate from bind, etc.). Even with 2 SMN you'd be hard pressed to put every CC on DR simultaneously.

you cant do an efficient CC chain with a repeated class, if you have 2 smn on your team and they have a blm and a mnk, or a smn and a mnk.. they will efficiently CC chain you better than 2 smn doing CC chain due to DR. right now the pvp community is to fresh on this game to notice( so much tunnel vision ppl think they are fighting titan lol) but as ppl get higher in rank i will assure you then when the doors open and you see 2x smn you will LOL and proceed to decimate them.
