FC Housing: A question for the devs...

Have you considered using FC credits as an option for FC housing?

Currently, FC credits are used for actions only. Using credits for FC housing would give FCs fulfillment as they work together to generate credits. The rate of credit generation is tuned enough to require time for any big purchase based on the potential price.

This could slow RMT because FC credits are generated through FC only. Personal housing will still be gil-based to aid removing gil.

There could be rank/status rules with the allied GC. With FC credits, you could only purchase land in the allied GC region. It's much easier to raise allied GC standing than it is to raise 312M. Gil would still be viable as with it you can purchase wherever you like.

Example:
S land: 5M g or 500K FC cr
L land: 15M g or 1.5M FC cr
S house: 200K g or 20K FC cr
Mansion: 800K g or 80K FC cr

I believe something like this would add value to FC credits while giving more options to obtaining housing. Thoughts?

While I do love this idea, the FC credits costs would be much higher. Rather than 80k it'd probably be something like 8m

How does this help non Legacy Players and, more importantly, what has this to do with the OPs ideas?

I think the prices on the non-legacy servers ok. Only the prices on the Legacy servers are too high.
