Where do you get the new mounts/minions?

Saw the new Goobue mount already in Larkscall in Belias server.
Pretty sure its the new one without carpet.

Some of the daily quests give them to you as temporary mounts The quests your given each day are randomized specific to you, so far as I can tell. So you may get one quest while another player gets a completely different one.
