Nope, I disagreeMy point is you don't even have to focus. With the laggy re-cast system after an interrupt and the 3.5s cast-time to get up AF3 all a BRD has to do is switch to the BLM every ~4 seconds and completely negate them. You don't have to worry about killing them, you can render them useless with minimal effort while focusing your attack elsewhere.
But basically all you're saying is that almost any class can easily nullify the BLM, which I agree with. We'll see how it really is in a couple hours though, won't we

So...you can't see a melee coming at you?
OK, so maybe you get lucky and the MNK still has his stun on CD and Bliz2 or Freeze him before he gets to you...and the DRG has three Jumps to interrupt you and a fourth to close the gap before smacking you around...
But you can at least prep for a WAR or PLD coming for you...right? Wait...maybe not WAR with Holmgang off CD...OK, so you can stop PLD...maybe?
Wait...all those effects break if the target takes damage...OK, just Flare and hope for the best
Blm spams sleep team mates kill healer
Sorry, but that warrior isn't even going to be in range to attack before the blm gets the spell off if they can play at least semi decently. I'm not talking about the ones who only know how to grind fates spamming bliz 2 but the ones that actually know how to play their class.
Yeah, ok maybe. Oh wait Line of sight, homegang, remove debuff by self or whm, tank party buff, shoulder tackle, ect... yeah sounds great. I might just do this rather than sticking a pen in my eye.
