Or just in English:German Patch notes say "Nachtmähre" and "Mähre" means nag
EDIT:
Itemname: Alptraum-Pfeife (Nightmare-Whistle)
Description: Diese Pfeife erzeugt einen schrillen Ton, der eine legendäre Nachtmähre herbeirufen soll. (This whistle creates a sharp sound which is supposed to summon a legendary "night-nag")
Nacht = Night
Mähre = nag
I think some translations are messed up or whatever @.@
night = night
mare = adult female horse.
