FC Housing

The small house is the size of your inn room.

The medium house has I think 3 areas inside that you can walk in and out.

The largest house is indeed a sort of 'mansion' with several rooms and lots of space.

There is a BIG difference between each tier of housing.

And once again, this is purely vanity.
I dont care about vanity.
It could look like a porta-potty for all I care.
I am worried about the actual, usable perks.

As far as I know - apart of the "size" and amount of (more or less) vanity items you can put on display there the only functionality missing from small / medium size houses is at the moment already mentioned workshop (which would I suppose let you build those airships you've mentioned amongst other stuff). All 3 sizes should be able to install Moogle mailbox outside, have the sanctuary status, teleport directly to it and (if I'm not mistaken) have both FC chest as well as retainer bell - for me - crafters heaven as I'd have all the necessary stuff in one place sparing me runing like rabbbit from one place to another to complete the crafts ... well - I can keep dreaming now. Well, crap. Guess Im going to be farming for the next 300 days to afford a house that isnt useless.

Why did they waste our time advertising housing? The price is so extreme it is bad for the economy and offers NO great benefits. Instead of making the paying clients happy, they made the gil sellers. If you can't ever afford something is it really there?
