Did they really have to nerf Allagan gear?

And on the other hand, they nerfed my allagan pants of healing for no reason at all. I don't understand how a t5 drop deserved to be nerfed. I barely just broke them in before SE got their nerf bat out.

They're reverting the changes on healer circlet/breeches and caster boots with a hotfix later.
