Seems you don't read, do you, SE have stated the price will NEVER fall below 50% and that's THREE MONTHS after a plot launches in the auction.

So 50% and you've got 3 months to save up for it. Again, is there any reason you need it *now*? What are you losing by not having it. The largest, most active FCs will be able to get them sooner than that.
