    As a monk...Axe Kick gives me instant greased lightning 3. Axe Kick into perfect balance is going to make for some fun times with the greased lightning buff....

    i'm also surprised I know have an AOE and a ranged target skill. This is gonna be fun.

    axe kick is awesome, but you should read this part: Enhanced Axe Kick: Shortens recast time to 180 seconds..
    It means it have an individual cooldown, like howling fist, and can't be spammed with perfect balance

    actually it will have the same exact recast period as perfect balance so there will be no issue there.
