Exactly, and this "with a small house being semi-easily obtainable for all sorts of players" is what you call entry level, and what should always be there with this kind of big, highly advertised feature.I think most people would have been happy with a small house being semi-easily obtainable for all sorts of players (note this does not mean without any work), and then the time needed to get certain pieces of furniture or customizable bits being long as housing itself tends to be a very casual centered feature.
The problem is it's a lot harder to disagree with that viewpoint, so strawmans keep getting throw up placing anyone that disagrees with the pricing on the absolute farthest part of the spectrum (handouts).
