    Your DXDIAG is showing that you are using the Intel HD integrated graphics. Maybe the driver update is causing Windows to use this as your primary display adapter for some reason.

    Regardless of why this is happening, if you are using a PCI-E video card you should always disable onboard graphics through the BIOS to prevent any type of similar issue.

    I would bet that doing so resolves your issue very quickly and easily.
