To put it simply, myth hands, wrist both have ACC, using the allagan Hands and wrist I would not reach the ACC cap with the best food, rendering the 2 T1 drops for BARD utterly pointless. Dragoon get 4 from T1 not 2 like us and some of them are very useful. The earing in T2 is equally useless because of the ACC loss. The headpiece in T2 has ACC but so does the myth headpiece. Allagan weapon and pants and ring are the best pieces for ACC and they all drop in T5, essetially we have to beat t5 to get the gear to not miss on T5. This means I have to find the ACC balence to do T5 from buying the myth pieces, only real useful things from allagan will be just the weapon and ring. We need the ring in T1 or something, or the stats adjusted so we have ACC in our earlier allagan pieces.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can be easily viable in Turns 1-3 without a single bit of Mythology or Allagan gear. Depending on your role you wouldn't even need any for Turn 4. That, coupled with the Crystal Tower being added tomorrow for a weekly level 80 upgrade; relax and enjoy your outings to the Binding Coil of Bahamut, the loot will come to you sooner or later.
Myself, I enjoy seeing my friends and Free Company members gearing up; each bit of loot dropped is an upgrade to our group.
I've been looking at the CT gear, some of that is pretty good for ACC. I'll be using boots and ring from there. I'll also get the AF2 hands and use them instead of Allagan. It will give me a bonus of 29 ACC. CT items are certainly useful on BRD for ACC. That way I can use critical hit food to close the gap on internal release 10% loss. I'll have full Ilvl 90 other than boots and one ring being 80. I was hoping CT had ACC gear for bard and SE delivered. Thank goodness it is Boots and not sandals, never been a fan of sandals. I believe the PVP gear can be used out of PVP, but one of the stat allocations is PVP moral and the Materia only works in PVP. I value the 19 ACC over 3 more dex in T5 for sure.I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can be easily viable in Turns 1-3 without a single bit of Mythology or Allagan gear. Thats not the point tho. Irregardless of it being BiS or not. Loot for certain classes is easier to obtain than others. What if they decide to change stat allocation on gear and BRD gear from Coil becomes BiS, for example? It should be distributed evenly between all turns. The same pieces for each job on each turn to keep it fair for all participants.
IMO Twintania should drop weap and chest for all classes. All other slots should be distributed between the other turns. eg Belt, boots, ring. turn 1. gloves, earring, wrist, turn 2. legs, hat, choker from turn 4. leaving chest and weapon from turn 5.
But, as a thought. Taking into consideration the new debuff from RoD. Will the present set of mostly Myth be BiS if RoD is kept up on the mobs? As that would allow more leniancy in accuracy eg not needing cap. In other words will it allow relocation of accuracy to other, more DPS orientated stats? Will it be a new factor to take into consideration....

You forget that some Jobs are more gear dependant than others. Tanks have a lot of their loot drop in Turns 1 and 2; rightly so, considering a healer can be viable in Turns 1-4 in Darklight and no +1, where as a tank needs to be well geared.IMO Twintania should drop weap and chest for all classes. Still not true, lol.
A tank needs a +1 for holding threat and 5300HP and you can clear everything through Turn 4.
