They have already mentioned all the major changes for the path. They wont be uping the time of the evasion debuff and thus 200 TP is WAY to much to try and keep it up regularly. Also if you don't gear to have 100% without that debuff on you are simply bad. It isn't even a work around it is an out right nerf to make the ability useless.

In the french patch note, the cost was lowered to 180 from 200 x)

Just read the Japanese notes. It was lowered to 180. But that is still pretty steep to keep up 100%
